How strong is your Immune System

My Jamaican ancestors believed that what Mother Earth and Mother Nature provide is all we need for a healthy immune system and body. They observed animals eating from certain trees, bushes, shrubs, and vines. Through observing the animals, they were able to witness the healing powers of the spiritual and medicinal plants.

Our Jamaican ancestors believed that if a tree produces edible fruits, then all parts of that tree are beneficial to the human body and most animals. Their observations were keen for their survival. My ancestors created natural remedies taught to them by their ancestors involving the use of natural resources such as leaves, branches, bark, seeds, roots, and flowers–all parts of the plant. They traveled with seeds and seedlings and planted them wherever they settled. Especially the ones they knew had healing properties.

We continue to learn the sacred knowledge and wisdom possessed by our families and hope to pass it on to our children and grandchildren. I’ve adopted the practices of my ancestors which help us remain feeling healthy and strong.  Because of these experiences, our immune system is strong.

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?

Dried loose-leaf teas, often providing more nutritional properties than when they are fresh/green, along with infused oils and herbal remedies, will help your body maintain proper balance. Using these teas, oils, and herbal remedies internally or externally provides your body with numerous health benefits. This includes the ability to fight off illnesses such as upset stomach, depression, allergies, headaches, and colds; also helps relieve dry skin, aids in faster healing, improves sleep and overall strengthens the body.

Artificial additives can compromise the body in modern-day processed or pre-packaged foods, skin and hair products, clothing, and the environment, such as increasing pollution. This is why we encourage you to focus back on the natural remedies provided to us by Mother Nature and Mother Earth. We must maintain the beautiful bodies we exist within. We need to focus within instead of focusing on external appearance.

Imagine your body as a tree; the leaves withered and falling, fruits are not developing properly, if at all, but once proper watering, sun and natural compost is applied; new leaves bud, fruits develop fully, and once again the tree has blossomed, and all the branches are full of leaves.

What is a Natural Product?

Our property, located in Clarendon, Jamaica; for over 25 years, has never used any additives, fertilizers, or chemicals on the land. We tend to our land naturally. We do not use recycled water, but rainwater provided by Mother Nature waters our plants solely. Our land consists of 100% natural fruit trees, shrubs, and plants that my husband planted. The same fruit trees, shrubs and plants that generations have eaten for millenniums. Our leaves are handpicked, washed, crushed, and air dried. Loose leaf teas, infused oils and herbal remedies have been used as natural medicinal treatments for millenniums before technological advances in pharmaceuticals replaced or modified these natural products. We continue to follow these ancestral practices as we provide the same level of authentic, artisan, 100% natural ingredients handed down from generation to generation.

Are YOU looking for ways to boost your Immune System?

Our products are naturally high in alkalinity and have been shown to boost the immune system. They can naturally fight off certain illnesses. Additional benefits these dried loose leaves provide include a feeling of oneness within, as well as improve memory, fight infections, heal wounds and increase intimacy, etc. The infused oils can be used for rashes, cuts, eczema, hair loss/ thinning hair, skin issues; just to name a few. Using these natural loose-leaf teas, infused oils, and herbal remedies can strengthen and improve your immune system: a total body, natural supplement.

Jamaica produces over 50% of all the listed medicinal plants worldwide. About 33% are native to Jamaica. Some of the fruit trees, bushes, shrubs, and vines used in Jamaica have different names regionally.  Jamaica’s natural plants have been used as medicinal remedies for millenniums.

Meanwhile, it is believed only 15% of medicinal herbs and plants are being actively researched. According to the “Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine” Volume 8, Issue 2, April 2018, pages 308-323,

“Approximately 80% of the world’s population depends on traditional herbal medicines for primary healthcare.

Many pharmaceutical drugs currently being used are derivatives of plants’ natural components.

Almost 8,000 plant species are registered for ethnomedicinal importance and traditional knowledge-based formulations or indigenous traditional medicines.”

By using these loose-leaf teas, infused oils, and herbal remedies, you can take the first step toward rebuilding, managing, and maintaining your health, mind, and body. Many of my ancestors lived to be 90+ years old, and it’s possible you can too with the proper care of your body.
